Most of our products can be canceled up until they are shipped for a refund. Please CONTACT US by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner with your order number and recipient’s name stated for ease of access, so that we can cancel or change your order as soon as you change your mind. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once your items have been put into production. This would mean that the designing and shaping have started. To cancel or change it, would mean a charge of 50% customization fee based on the item's price because the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new.
